If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you're welcome to return it within 14 days for a complete refund. Please note, Yonko Empire does not provide prepaid return labels.

If you realize the shipping address provided during your order is incorrect, prompt action is necessary to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of your package. Incorrect shipping information can cause significant delays. Please take the following immediate steps to correct your shipping address:
In cases where packages are returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, we can arrange for a reshipment. Please be aware that a new shipping fee will be applied.
Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation
email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may
take up to 48 hours to validate.
6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return
shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your
refund.
7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
